I know, I know, everyone is in the business of making their own tags and snags on myspace, but I want to make my own for personal use, I already have a photobucket account, I just need like free clipart and free cool affects and stuff like that, I cannot afford photoshop and I already used their free trial, is their any free programs similar to photoshop? thank you

Yea, there's Paint.net - it's really good, that's what I use for all my layouts that I make.
